Irene was born May 15, 1927, the 8th of 10 children. She was the last of John and Mary’s children to be born in Llanfair, Pennsylvania.
Irene married John Beatrice on September 2, 1950 in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church.
They lived on Jefferson Avenue in Beaverdale.
On July 24th, 1951 their first child, Sharon Louise was born.
On April 1st, 1953 their second child, Angeline (“Angie”) was born.
On August 15th, 1954 their third child, Vera Ellen was born.
On March 10th, 1956 their fourth child, Irene Elizabeth (“Renie”) was born.
On March 21st, 1957 their fifth child, Antoinette (“Toni”) was born.
On May 10th, 1958 their sixth child and first son, Louis John was born.
In the fall of 1960 they left Pennsylvania and moved to Wheaton, Maryland.
