Preparation
- Cook noodles according to directions on package, drain in a colander and place in a bowl.
- Core and shred the cabbage.
- Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in a frying pan.
- Add cabbage and onion and fry together, stirring frequently until mixture is tender and browned.
- Pour the cabbage and onion mixture over the noodles.
- Add 6 Tbsp. melted butter and mix lightly.
Serve.
